Refurbished

This used to be a derelict building for years and years and is located in a prime location right at the end of the Salthill promenade.

It's a literal gold mine and is always busy.

You can't even book a table. It's walk in only, which can be a pain at times, but it's always worth the wait.

You really can't beat a good breakfast and that's exactly what you get at Blackrock Cottage every time.

It's not cheap at €19 for breakfast including yummy mushrooms on the side, but it's money well spent.

The Cappuccino was unreal too it must be said. I like the little design thingy they do on the top. It's the little things that make the difference.

I'm usually a healthy man for the auld breakfasts, but every now and then a full Irish is irresistible, especially when hungover.
