The Muster Lunch
Sometimes you just have to make do with a few bits and pieces
The full grocery shop had not happened yet, but there was a few bits knocking around, a left over pork chop from yesterday's dinner, some cheese, scallion, lettuce, tomato. Time to muster and muster I did!
Chop up some cherry tomatoes.
Chop up some iceberg lettuce or rocket.
Have the cheese ready to grate, cheddar preferably.
Heat the chop and slice it and put it on tbe wrap with some scallions and tomatoes. Grate on some nice Cheddar cheese.
Now melt it all under the grill. Add your lettuce and slice in half.
