Sourdough Bread is the way to go folks ๐Ÿ‘Œ

I love this shop in Oughterard, just outside Galway. They make their own amazing breads, from sourdough to rye, they do organic fruit and veg, they do excellent wines and their coffee is amongst the best I've had. They tick all the boxes.

I've been limiting my intake of bread in recent months, as for the most part, there is no nutritional benefit from most breads.

This isn't most breads though, this is Sullivans Sourdough and it's super tasty and it's better than supermarket bought bread.

Why is it better? I have a fair idea, but decided to leverage artificial intelligence and so asked Chat GPT. This is what I got back:

One of the elusive creations I'm still chasing down is a gluten free sourdough recipe. Most of the ones I've tasted and tried lean into a vinegary flavor to try and fool the consumer. I'm confident that I will get there, along with a gluten free truly flaky croissant.

Totally agree with you! my wife was baking it and for a period of time we had our own sourdough. Unfortunately, this business is very, very time-consuming, and she eventually gave up and stopped. But we still remember her own sourdough bread! sent you Hive !BEER and !PIZZA
