Tortellini & Cheese
A little bit of tortellini over the weekend.
It's easy to cook, but tastes amazing. I paired it with a bit of mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper for extra taste, and it made for the perfect dinner.
The tortellini was stuffed with spinach and ricotta and cooked in just two minutes. Added to a pan of water brought to boil and left for just 2 minutes, it was ready to eat. I left it for slightly longer because I'm always a bit nervous about eating stuff after just 2 minutes haha. These was fresh pasta, so there were more opportunities for some kind of lurking bug.
Next step is to drain the pasta and serve immediately. It's important to eat it as quickly as possible so it doesn't cool down because it cannot be re-heated. Also the whole thing tastes better when the cheese melts slightly - especially mozzarella.
A pinch of salt and pepper on top and the meal is ready to eat. :)
