Hello everyone, back again with me. On this occasion, I want to share my recipe for pregnant squid. Ha, when I first heard about pregnant squid, I was a little surprised. However, after I saw several recipes on the internet, I finally understood that squid is processed with the addition of tofu filling inside.
This squid recipe is so often liked by me that it makes me drool so much when I see this pregnant squid that it makes me want to make it immediately, without waiting long I immediately looked for squid at the fish market with my husband.
After coming home from the market, I immediately processed it. I couldn't wait to taste this pregnant squid.
Ingredients for making pregnant squid:
5 pieces of tofu
350 ml thick coconut milk
1 chicken egg
ground spices:
5 cloves of garlic
7 red chilies
5 pieces of cayenne pepper
a piece of turmeric
3 tablespoons ground roasted coconut
4 candlenuts
How to make:
(1) The first step is to clean the squid, remove the squid's limb and also peel the squid's skin, then wash the squid thoroughly, after that marinate the squid with lime and salt.

(2) After that, crush 5 pieces of tofu, add flavoring and a little salt, then add it to the marinated squid until full.

(3) then cover the squid again with the squid coconut and skewer it with a toothpick until it is all gone, then saute the curry leaves, pandan leaves and 4 cardamom seeds for aromatics.

(4) After it smells good, then add the spices and then add all the squid that has been filled with tofu, after that add 350ml of coconut milk, stir well and cook for about 45 minutes, add a little salt and check the taste to see if it is right.

and tara the pregnant squid is ready to be served, this is really delicious, the squid is soft and the filling is dense, it really makes my appetite increase hehe
