the plan is that today I will make "keung acid" in our regional language or also called spicy sour shrimp, the way this dish is served is very unique, friends, this shrimp has a very authentic taste, like sour and also a little spicy but has a very sour taste. produced from starfruit, if you don't have starfruit, you can replace it with green tomatoes or lime juice.
but what is more identical is using starfruit as a sour taste because the sour taste of starfruit makes the dish taste more authentic
Ingredients for making spicy shrimp sauce:
ground spices :
4 red onions
2 cayenne peppers
a piece of turmeric
4 dried star fruit
2 starfruit
how to make :
(1) The first step is to add lime juice and a little salt to marinate the shrimp
