Un cordial saludo a todos mis queridos lectores y mi querida gente del buen comer. Hoy les deseo una feliz noche y les doy la bienvenida una vez más a mi blog.
Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una experiencia que me encantó: Mi visita al restaurante María Bahía, ubicado en mi hermosa Maracaibo, justo al lado del estacionamiento de Lago Mall.
El ambiente del restaurante es simplemente mágico. La decoración es acogedora y llena de detalles que te hacen sentir como en un rincón del Caribe, con paredes llenas de hermosas obras de arte que me cautivaron. La música de fondo complementa a la perfección el ambiente, creando un espacio ideal para disfrutar de una buena comida en buena compañía.
Mientras esperaba mi comida, pedí un refrescante papelón con limón para prepararme para la degustación, jejeje.
Ahora, hablemos de lo más importante: la comida, jejeje. Por mi parte, pedí el famoso fish and chips, que consiste en bastones de pescado crujientes acompañados de papas a la francesa y una salsa increíble. Estaba para chuparse los dedos, jeje. Además, le añadí unas gotas de limón para realzar el sabor del pescado; cada bocado era una explosión de sabor.
Pero eso no fue todo jejeje. Ya que aproveché la oportunidad de probar los platos de mis acompañantes. La ensalada César fue deliciosa, fresca y con el aderezo perfecto. Luego, la American burger me dejó completamente encantada; jugosa y llena de sabor, se convirtió en una de mis favoritas del día, debo destacar la tocineta que me hizo agua la boca, y para cerrar con broche de oro, probé una parrilla que incluía carne, pollo y mariscos, una combinación exótica.
Mi experiencia en María Bahía fue absolutamente increíble. Desde el ambiente hasta la atención del personal, todo fue maravilloso. Sin duda, volveré a disfrutar de esos sabores y a descubrir más del menú que tienen para ofrecer, porque tienen una gran variedad, para la proxima quiero probar los tacos.
Asi que si estás en Maracaibo y buscas un lugar donde disfrutar de una buena comida en un ambiente agradable y con una gran vista a espectacular de nuestro majestuoso lago no dudes en visitar María Bahía.

Warm greetings to all my dear readers and my dear beautiful people of good food. Today I wish you a happy evening and welcome you once again to my blog.
Today I want to share with you an experience that enchanted me: my visit to María Bahía Restaurant, located in my beautiful Maracaibo, right next to the Lago Mall parking lot.
The restaurant's atmosphere is simply magical. The decor is cozy and full of details that make you feel like you're in a corner of the Caribbean, with walls filled with beautiful art, which captivated me. The background music perfectly complements the atmosphere, creating an ideal space to enjoy a good meal in good company.
While I waited for my food, I ordered a refreshing papelon with lemon to prepare me for the tasting, hehehe.
Now, let's talk about the most important thing: the food, hehehe. For my part, I ordered the famous fish and chips, which consists of crispy fish sticks accompanied by French fries and an incredible sauce. It was finger-licking good, hehe. Plus, I added a few drops of lemon to enhance the flavor of the fish; each bite was an explosion of flavor.
But that wasn't all, hehe. I took the opportunity to try my companions' dishes. The Caesar salad was delicious, fresh, and with the perfect dressing. Then, the American burger completely enchanted me; juicy and full of flavor, it became one of my favorites of the day. I must highlight the bacon, which made my mouth water. And to top it off, I tried a grilled meat, chicken, and seafood dish, an exotic combination.
My experience at María Bahía was absolutely incredible. From the atmosphere to the service of the staff, everything was wonderful. I will definitely return to enjoy those flavors and discover more of their menu, because they have a wide variety. Next time, I want to try the tacos.
So, if you're in Maracaibo and looking for a place to enjoy a good meal in a pleasant atmosphere with a great view of our majestic lake, don't hesitate to visit María Bahía.
