Today I'm inviting you to Geschnezeltes a sliced veal. It's a popular dish, especially the Zurich style, which I really liked . Here are three variations, with rösti, pasta, and fries. Classic is with Rösti, sometimes also noodles or rice.
It is a traditionally finely sliced veal in a creamy sauce, often with white wine, onions, and sometimes mushrooms. One person also chose fish. All in all, a perfect, delicious lunch with a fine desert.
