That looks delicious ! I don't think we can get sailfish around here (I'm in the UK), I wonder if it would work with tuna ?

        I think all kinds of tuna are good for baking, and more if you add coconut milk. In my experience, using homemade coconut milk instead of the canned one is what makes the biggest difference here.
