I've always been curious about how jam is made and I didn't know something like 'Jam Sugar' existed. The recipe looks lovely though! Sweet and tangy jam goodness, what's not to love? 💛

This is the first time I've made jam on my own. I used to make it with my mom. She always used special jam sugar, but maybe it works with classic sugar (to be tested 😁). It's pretty good as jam, it has a tangy taste that's nice, whether on toast or in cottage cheese 😊

Looks great for a first time recipe!
