I've always been curious about how jam is made and I didn't know something like 'Jam Sugar' existed. The recipe looks lovely though! Sweet and tangy jam goodness, what's not to love? šŸ’›

        This is the first time I've made jam on my own. I used to make it with my mom. She always used special jam sugar, but maybe it works with classic sugar (to be tested šŸ˜). It's pretty good as jam, it has a tangy taste that's nice, whether on toast or in cottage cheese šŸ˜Š
