That molasses water dip with sesame is a smart move, and the little slit to keep the cheese in place is brilliant. Two hours of rise time sounds long, but my to do list loves it. I can see these as sandwich bread with roasted peppers, olives, and a bit of labneh, or go sweet with tahini and honey if you skip the cheese. Do you use grape molasses here, or another kind?
