Do you like Spring Rolls? What's the first thing you think of when you hear the words Spring Rolls? I thought about the crisp texture of the Spring Rolls' leather surface! So crispy! Biting deeper into the Spring Rolls, then we will find the yummy salty filling inside.
For me, fried spring rolls are the next level of snacks. Even though it is quite simple in terms of ingredients and how to make it, Spring Rolls are a favorite fried snack for many people.
In this blog, I share my pleasant experience because I discovered again the amazing Spring Rolls menu. As if I would find it hard to forget a restaurant that served these snacks.

For today's favorite, for new list, I have Spring Rolls served by Cabe Ijo Tepi Sungai restaurant. Several times I have also blogged about this restaurant below:

The menus served at this restaurant are quite diverse. I looked at the menu book for a long time. I want to find something new on the menu that can add a new experience for me.
I'm interested in the Spring Rolls menu. I think this would be suitable as a starter menu and of course as snacks.
These Spring Rolls are served split into two parts per piece of spring roll. The outside looks thick. But there's no need to worry because the thick spring roll skin is a great source of crunch!
I even became curious about how this thick lumpia skin could actually become crunchy when bitten. It's really hard for me to forget about this.
Next, the filling part of the spring rolls is pieces of salty shrimp meat. Dipped with spicy chili sauce it is even more perfect.
For the main course, I chose fish steak. This time is not my favorite for the fish steak because I feel the texture of the fish is strange, it feels thicker but not too tender. Also, there are some spines inside that weren't removed properly.
Meanwhile, the taste of the fish is actually delicious. It's just that I think they failed to choose the type of fish used for steak. So the fish produces a texture that doesn't really leave a good impression on those menus.
At least, veggie salad and french fries, also the sauce can really help me finish the fish steak.
To close the dining activity, I chose to drink iced lemon tea. Refreshing, also suitable to accompany me to relax for a moment before I go home.
I smiled happily because I had a new taste experience, and it made me curious about how to make homemade Spring Rolls.
Even though the taste of the fish steak wasn't that great, at least the design of this place was nice and relaxing. That could be a plus point especially for a restaurant in a busy city center.
Until this blog was written, I was still crazy about thinking about crispy Spring Rolls. Yummy!
