Paso 01
Como les comenté al principio había rallado mi coco anteriormente y lo tenía guardado en la nevera porque mi abuela lo iba a usar pero pues lo usé yo 🤭así que decidí hacer estos ricos helados,lo saqué y lo eché pues en una jarra pequeña como estaba un poco congelado pues lo sacamos y así nos sirve perfectamente para hacer nuestros helado ya que este lo vamos a licuar.

Vamos a ir agregando primero el agua en nuestra licuadora para empezar a licuar nuestros ingredientes luego el coco y la leche en polvo y por supuesto nuestra azúcar que también la tenemos aparte en una taza todo esto lo vamos a licuar durante 2 minutos a velocidad alta.

Mientras se licúa vamos a agregar nuestra cucharada de esencia de coco para complementar el helado que haremos y volvemos a licuar luego retiramos y pasamos al paso final.

Vamos a preparar en una bandeja nuestros vasos donde verteremos el jugo luego lo vamos a ir echando poco a poco en cada vaso hasta el tope dejando 1 cm sin llenar completamente el vaso amigos luego llevamos a congelar nuestros helados durante 6 horas y podemos disfrutar ☺️.
