Hola mis queridos amigos de Foodie by hive, espero que se encuentren muy bien en el día de hoy. En esta ocasión les quiero mostrar como pueden preparar estas ricas hojuelas azucaradas con miel. Como saben los postres me encanta, así como estar innovando y preparando cosas nuevas, y por estos días tuve invitados y se los dé reparé. Enseguida les muestro como pueden hacerlo.


Ingredients//Ingredientes

1 and 1/2 of flour//1 y 1/2 de harina
200 ml of warm water//200 ml de agua tibia
2 spoonfuls of sugar//2 cucharadas de azúcar
Pinch of salt//Pisca de sal
Oil for frying//Aceite para freír
Honey//Miel

The first thing to do is to form the dough. To do this, add the flour in a larger bowl and add a pinch of salt and a spoonful of sugar.

Lo primero será formar la masa, para ello se agrega la harina en un recipiente más amplio para añadirle una pizca de sal y una cucharada de azúcar.

Then open a hole in the center to add the warm water, in this step it is important not to add all the water together, it should be incorporated little by little being careful not to overdo it with the water. It is mixed and when it is not possible with the spoon to move with the hands so that everything is integrated very well.

Luego se abre un hueco en el centro para agregarle el agua tibia, en este paso es importante no añadir toda el agua junta, se debe incorporar poco a poco teniendo cuidado de no pasarnos con el agua. Se va mezclando y cuando no se pueda con la cuchara pasar a mover con las manos para que se integre todo muy bien.

Now transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead it with your hands for about 5 more minutes until it does not stick to your fingers. You will see a soft and moldable dough, at this point let it rest covered for about 30 minutes.

Ahora se pasa la más a una superficie enharinada y se amasa con las manos unos 5 minutos más hasta que no se pegue en los dedos. Van a observar una masa suave y moldeable, en este punto se deja reposar tapada unos 30 minutos.

After this time, add a little flour on a smooth surface and begin to stretch the dough with a rolling pin until it reaches half a centimeter thick, the thinner it is, the crispier it will be. Then, it is chopped into strips of 2 cm wide and the length you want.

Pasado el tiempo se agrega un poco de harina en una superficie lisa y se comienza a estirar la masa con un rodillo hasta que alcance medio centímetro de grosor, mientras más fina quede más crujiente. Seguidamente, se pica en tiras de 2 cm de ancho y del largo que deseen.
