In the month of Ramadan, there are different foods on the table at the time of Iftar. Among them are the traditional foods of Pakistan that are served throughout the month of Ramadan. One of them is Dahi Bhalle, which is very delicious and mostly made at home.So I also made this delicious Dahi Bhalle at home and thought to share its recipe with you.It took me more than an hour to make this recipe.
Following are the ingredients and quantity to make this recipe.
White chickpeas 250 grams.
Bhaliyan 150 grams.
Potatoes 250 grams.
Onions 200 grams.
Cucumbers medium size 03 pieces.
Tomatoes medium size 03 pieces.
Chat masala 25 grams
Salt 02 tea spoon.
Yogurt 500 grams.
Mint sauce as per taste.

How to prepare this recipe is detailed below step by step.
Step1
First I boiled the main ingredients used in dahi bhallas which are white grams potatoes and bhaliyan (made by flour and fried). I peeled the potatoes and cut them into small pieces and boiled in the water on the stove.
In the same way white chickpeas were also boiled, while the bhaalies were soaked in water for thirty minutes.

After that I cut the onions tomatos and cucumbers with a knife. Cut the onions long shaped while the tomatoes and cucumbers are thinly sliced.

When all the ingredients were ready, they were placed together on the table, after that i took a pot and a big spoon in which to mix all these ingredients.

Next, I put the boiled potatoes and onions in the pot first, then the boiled chickpeas.Then I added chopped tomatoes and cucumbers. And lastly, I added the bhallies that were soaked in water.
Step5
Now put all these ingredients in another vessel and mix them well with a spoon. After mixing these ingredients, add the special chaat spice used in making Dahi Bhallas and salt.
Step6
After that I added curd and mixed all these ingredients well.At the end, added the mint sauce that was already prepared by mixing it with curd.
Finally the wonderful and delicious recipe of Dahi Bhallas are ready.
