Hello! Everyone🎀once again i came back with a special desi recipe of "CHICKEN BIRYANI"😋.Biryani is one of the most popular and beloved dishes in South Asia, known from it's risch aroma, flavor and spices and unique cooking style.It is traditional dish made with banaspati rice, tender chicken or beaf . Originating from Mughal Empire Era biryani has become a symbol of celebration and hospitality.
In my family if you ask anyone about the name of his/her favorite dish they will say:"BIRYANIIII". my one of the favorite dish is biryani if i have to choose only one dish to eat day and night i will absolutely choose biryani🤧💕. So, let's start.
INGREDIENTS
4 tomatose paste
2 onions
2 spoon ginger garlic paste
Rice 1kg
5 to 6 green chillies
2 to 3 lemons
2 spoon of imli
4 to 5 dried plump(aalu bukhara)
1 kg fresh chicken
1 small bowl of yogurt
1 cup of oil
SPICES:
1 pack of biryani masala
2 spoon of red chilli flakes
1 and half spoon of red chilli powder
Half spoon of turmic powder
2 spoon of vinager
Salt
2 spoon of zeera
2 to 3 star anise
Half spoon of peppercones
2 to 3 black cardamom
5 to 6 cloves
And small piece of cinnamon
1 to 2 small bay leaves
Food colour
PREPARATION
First fry cut onions until it gets golden, then stain half onion from the oil and add chicken with into the oil. When chicken gets golden add ginger garlic paste and cook it for some minutes also add 5 spoon of water to the pan with ginger garlic paste.
After this add, add the tomato paste with 1 pack of biryani masala, red chilli flakes, res chilli powder and turmic powder. Cook it until all the water of tomato get evaporate.
After this add the yogurt and cook it for 5 mints on medium flame. After 5 minutes the pury is ready.
FOR RICE
Put water in the pan add vinager, and all the warm spices that i mentioned in the ingredients and 5 spoon of salt and 2 spoon of oil.
When the water gets warm add the soaked or washed rice into the water.
Boil the rice until it is cooked 70%. Then stain the rice . Now lets do the most important step.layering the biryani pury and rice together.
First seperate 80% of the pury from the pan add half of the rice on it.
Here we again spread the pury.
In this step i again layer the rice and put green chillis, cut lemon and the fried onion that i have separate from the pan before and the add the orange or red food colour on it.
Here i put biryani on the steam for 30 minutes on very low flame . After this special chicken biryani is readyyy yayy!!!!.
