You are lucky to have a husband who loves gardening, and planting chilies is one of them. They are organic, no pesticides that are harmful to the body are used. Honestly, I can only eat light spicy food. We add chilies in vinegar for dipping the viand, but not too much for me. We also used those spices for fried rice, but I haven't tried adding celery in our fried rice, so thanks for this information.
