Today I am going to prepare for you a delicious dish Kotkoti (this is our local language name).
It is not a traditional dish. Usually people make powder of dry mix food and eat it with milk. But I tried to make it in a slightly different process. I have tried mixing this dry mixfood with jaggery to make it similar to Kotkoti.

I was very excited while making this recipe. Because I'm going to make it first, I don't know in advance how it will turn out. So I started the work with great interest. Kotkoti is made differently in our country. It is usually made of flour and jaggery.

So let's start with my recipe:

Required Materials:

100 grams of peanuts
100 grams of cashew nuts
100 grams of Chinese almonds
100 grams of mung beans
500 grams of date jaggery
water
1 coconut

Method of preparation:

step-1:

First we have to fry the almonds, cashew nuts, Chinese almonds and mung beans in a pen. They cannot be fried all at once because each one has to be cooked in a different way. So I fried them all separately. After roasting I ground them in a blender. I put them in a bowl after I finished pulverizing them in the blender.

step-2:

Then I first took jaggery to prepare them with jaggery. I added date jaggery and coconut together in the curry. Before giving the date jaggery, I cut the jaggery into small pieces with a knife. Then I stirred it for a while after going around the cauldron. After a while I gave water. After watering, when the steam started rising from the molasses.

step-3:

Then I poured the dry mixedfood powder into the jaggery. I gave them a good shake after putting them in the jaggery. About 15 to 20 minutes I tried to thicken them by spooning them well. When it got thick

step-4:

I poured it into a plate. I oiled the plates before pouring so they would lift easily after cutting. I then poured it onto the plate and spread it with my hands. A nice shape actually I cut out with a knife after cooling.

step-5:

After cutting with a knife I put it in a bowl. And this is how I made the dry mix food Kotkoti.

I ate some when it was ready. I thought maybe it wasn't that good. But after eating I saw it was amazing. Much better than I expected.
Hope you all try one at home. Your baby can feed it as a nutritious food. Because it contains many nutrients.

how I feel:

I had a great feeling while preparing the food but had to face challenges at some points. Because I am slowly learning these recipes, I am not yet an expert. Hopefully I can gradually serve you better things in the future.
