I love how simple yet comfortable the restaurant feels. Probably the color scheme plays the trick. I like the idea of choosing what goes into my plate. It is much easier than asking what's in the dish and then asking the waiter to make the changes when they send the ticket in. Wonderful idea, as long as I am not looking for the chefs expertise.
