Hi friend here’s how we prepare eggplant in the store, easy recipe and Quick.
INGREDIENTS:
- Eggplant
- Garlic
- Oil
- Salt
- Parsley
Let’s start by washing and drying the eggplant and then cutting it to
Large cubes because they will tighten a lot during cooking.
In a pan we put the oil and a clove of garlic and once the latter is browned we throw in the eggplant.
Cook for a few minutes over high heat and then lower the heat and put the lid on for another 5/6 minutes.
Once cooked, add salt and parsley, mix and cook without a lid for another 2/3 minutes.
THE EGGPLANT IS READY!
