Hello friends, I am a new member in your group. I've been on Peakd since almost. I want to share with you a recipe that I often make. Most often, it can be made as a side dish with a main dish, but it can also be the main meal for breakfast or dinner.
From the ingredients you need:
-200 g of puff pastry of your choice
- Sesame oil or any other vegetable oil
- Can of tuna
-100 g of corn
-100 g sesame seeds - Onion head and vinegar
- Mayonnaise 200 ml
Method of preparation:
Pour water into a pot and put it on the stove to boil. When the water boils, put the dough to boil for 10 minutes. Strain the dough and let it cool a little.
While the dough is cooling, pour 100g of sesame seeds into a pan and fry it a little over low heat.
Boil 100 g of corn in water.
Cut the onion head into small pieces, put it in a cup and cover it with salad vinegar to let it stand for 15 minutes. Then squeeze the vinegar so that only the onion remains.
When you have prepared all that, now comes the main part of the job, mixing the prepared ingredients.
First, pour the beaten and cooled dough into the appropriate container. Then add 2 tablespoons of sesame oil or another vegetable oil and stir to combine the oil with the dough so that it does not stick.
Then take the tuna out of the can, drain the oil in which it was in the can and mix it with the dough.
Then add the boiled corn, the sesame that you roasted earlier and the onion that was left in the vinegar. Mix all ingredients to combine.
At the end, add mayonnaise and combine everything together.
My suggestion for serving is to add decorative olives and curry powder to the portion.

Zdravo prijatelji, ja sam nov član u vašoj grupi. Od skoro sam na Peakd. Želim da sa vama podelim jedam recept koji često pravim. Najčešće se može praviti kao prilog uz neko glavno jelo ali može da bude i glavni obrok za doručak ili večeru.
Od sastojaka vam je potrebno:
-200 g barenog testa po vašem izboru
-Ulje od susama ili bilo koje drugo biljno ulje
-Konzerva tunjevine
-100 g kukuruza
-100 susama
-Glavica crnog luka i sirće
-Majonez 200 ml
Način pripreme:
U šerpu sipati vodu i staviti na ringlu da proključa. Kada voda proključa staviti testo da se obari 10 minuta. Procediti testo i ostaviti da se malo ohladi.
Dok se testo hladi 100g susama sipati u tiganj i na laganoj vatri ga malo propržiti.
100 g kukuruza obariti u vodi da bude skuvan.
Glavicu luka iseći na sitno, staviti ga u šolju i preliti sirćetom za salate da odstoji 15 minuta. Zatim sirće iscediti tako da ostane samo luk.
Kada ste sve to prripremili sada ide glavni deo posla, mešanje pripremljenih sastojaka.
Uodgovarajućoj posudi prvo sipati obareno i prohladjeno testo. Zatim dodati 2 supene kašike ulja od susama ili nekog drugog biljnog ulja i promešati da se ulje sjedini sa testom kako se ne bi lepilo. Zatim tunjevinu izvaditi iz konzerve, ocediti od ulja u kojem je bio u konzervi i pomešati sa testom. Onda dodati obaren kukuruz, susam koji ste predhodno ispekli i luk koji je stojao u sirćetu. Sve sastojke izmešati da se sjedine. Na kraju dodati majonez i sve zajedno sjediniti.
Kao moj predlog za posluženje je u porciju staviti dekorativno masline i prah od karija.
