
After the strong food I had during the New Year and Christmas holidays, I wanted to make a stew, but this time without meat. The main ingredient of the goulash was mushrooms.
From the ingredients I used:
-100 ml of sunflower oil
-3 onion
-2 carrots
-250 g of mushrooms
-Boiled tomatoes
-Ground red pepper
-Vegeta
-Garlic powder

First, I grated the carrot and cut the onion into small cubes.I also peeled the mushrooms and cut them into small cubes




I poured sunflower oil into a pan and heated it on the stove. Then I put the onion to simmer.

When the onion was half-sauteed, I put the grated carrot and simmered everything together

Then I put chopped mushrooms and stewed everything together.


Then I added cooked tomatoes and one glass of water. And cooked it all on low heat for the next 20 minutes


Towards the end, I added one teaspoon of ground paprika and one teaspoon of veggie and garlic powder.



Then I continued to cook everything on low heat, stirring occasionally.

After that the meal was ready. Along with the stew, I took one hot pepper and served it on a plate

Then I sat down at the table and enjoyed my lunch.
