
Good afternoon dear friends of the Foodies Bee Hive community, today I will share with you a recipe that I made over the weekend, "Pizza with kebabs"
I used the following ingredients:
-500 g of flour
-25 g of fresh yeast
-1 teaspoon of sugar
-2 teaspoons of salt
-2 tablespoons of oil
-Packaging of ready-made kebabs, my package had 500 g of kebabs but I put 300 g of kebabs
-1 onion
-Ajvar
-100 g of cheese
-100 g cream

First, I poured the yeast and sugar into warm water and let the yeast work. When foam appears in the water, the process is ready.

In a bowl, I mix the flour and salt and then add the water mixed with the yeast and sugar to the flour.And I also pour 2 tablespoons of oil



First, I mix and combine all the ingredients in a bowl

Then I cover the bowl with a cloth and leave it for an hour for the dough to rest and for the yeast to do its job and for the dough to rise.

While I was waiting for the dough to rise, I fried the kebabs in a pan and cut the onion into rings



When the dough rose in the bowl, I spilled some flour on the table and poured the dough from the bowl onto the table and kneaded the dough for a few minutes.


I greased the baking sheet with lard.

I separated the dough and spread it in a pan

Then I coated the dough with ajvar

I cut the kebabs into small pieces and arranged them on the dough and then put the sliced onions. Then I grated cheese over it


I put the tray in the oven heated to 250° C and put in the tray and baked until the dough was baked. It should be baked for about 10 minutes.

When the dough is baked, take it out of the oven and let it cool a little at room temperature

When the pizza is cut, pour cream over the pizza before serving
