Ingredients
- Chicken (about 300 grams)
- Radish (about 125 grams)
- Ginger (1 pc, small)
- Onion (1 pc, small)
- Mustard greens (about 3 grams)
- Green Pepper (2 pcs medium)
- Tamarind Powder (about 5 grams)
- Salt
- Cooking Oil
Preparing the ingredients
I just washed the radish with water and sliced it diagonally


I just peeled and sliced the ginger


I just peeled and sliced the onion


I prepared the chicken in advance
I washed the mustard greens (that I got from my husband's small vegetable garden)
I just washed the green pepper (that I got from my husband's small vegetable garden)
I prepared the powdered Tamarind
How to cook
1. I sauteed the onion and ginger in a cooking oil
2. After sauteing I added the chicken
3. I added the green pepper
4. I added the radish
5. I about some water, about 750 ml
6. I added some salt and let them boil
7. When it starts to boil I added the powdered Tamarind
8. I added the green mustard after I added some salt and let them boil again
9. When all of the ingredients were cooked I turned off the heat
10. Put some in a bowl then serve. This can be eaten on its own, but in our case, we partner it with rice. Serve hot to enjoy the delicious soup.
