Deliciosa Focaccia Italiana 😋🤌[Esp_Eng]

Hola mi querida comunidad de @foodiesbeehive, saludos a todos los que disfrutan del buen comer y de la cocina hacen su pasión y disfrute ✨️

Hoy les quiero compartir una receta tradicional de la cocina italiana. Se trata de la focaccia. Consiste en un pan de textura esponjosa y corteza crujiente dorada al cual se le coloca varios toopings siendo en clásico hierbas frescas y sal marina.

Esta receta es muy versatil, sus ingredientes se basan principalmente en harina de trigo, levadura aceite de oliva Sal y agua. Lo mejor de todo es que ko necesita amasado, solo requiere paciencia en los lapsos de espera para la fermentación. Así que sin mas preámbulos ¡iniciemos! les encantará es super fácil 👌

INGREDIENTES:

  • Harina de trigo todo uso 450g
  • Sal 9g
  • Levadura de panadería 5g
  • Agua tibia 350g
  • Aceite de oliva para la bandeja de horno y la focaccia
  • Especias y otros toppings al gusto
  • Sal gruesa

PREPARACION:

Paso 1:

En un bolw colocar la harina de trigo, la sal ,la levadura en polvo y el agua tibia. Mezclar con una espátula o cuchara de palo hasta integrar los ingredientes. Unos 2 minutos aproximadamente. Cubrir con papel film y llevar a la nevera a fermentar por 12 horas.( toda la noche)

Paso 2:

Retiramos la masa de la nevera la cual ha duplicado su volumen, llévamos esta mezcla a una bandeja horno, con aceite de oliva. Extendemos y cubrimos con papel film. Dejamos fermentar por 4 horas a temperatura ambiente.

Paso 3:

Ya finalizado el tiempo de fermentación, llenamos nuestros dedos y masa de aceite de oliva, hacemos agujeros hundiendo la masa, agregamos sal gruesa. Romero fresco y Orégano.

paso 4:

Es momento del hornear para ello con el horno precalentado calor arriba y abajo sin ventilador. Horneamos a 220 grados centígrados por 20 minutos.

Today I want to share with you a traditional recipe of Italian cuisine. It is the focaccia. It consists of a bread with a spongy texture and golden crispy crust to which you put several toopings being in classic fresh herbs and sea salt.

This recipe is very versatile, its ingredients are based mainly on wheat flour, yeast, olive oil, salt and water. The best of all is that it needs no kneading, it only requires patience in the waiting time for fermentation. So without further ado let's get started! you'll love it it's super easy 👌.

INGREDIENTS:

  • All-purpose wheat flour 450g
  • Salt 9g
  • Baker's yeast 5g
  • Warm water 350g
  • Olive oil for the baking tray and the focaccia
  • Spices and other toppings to taste
  • Coarse salt

PREPARATION:

Step 1:

In a bowl place the wheat flour, salt ,baking powder and warm water. Mix with a spatula or wooden spoon until the ingredients are blended. Approximately 2 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to ferment for 12 hours (overnight).

Remove the dough from the refrigerator which has doubled its volume, take this mixture to a baking tray, with olive oil. Spread and cover with plastic wrap. We let ferment for 4 hours at room temperature.

Step 3:

Once the fermentation time is over, we fill our fingers and dough with olive oil, we make holes by sinking the dough, we add coarse salt. Fresh rosemary and oregano.

It is time to bake for this with the oven preheated heat up and down without fan. Bake at 220 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.

Parece bastante sencillo de preparar, considerando que las harinas y yo no nos llevamos tan bien. Me gusta como se ve su textura final, super esponjoso por dentro.
