In this opportunity I would like to share with you a very beautiful achievement that I was able to execute, those who know me know that I am a cook by passion and profession. In my work I have been able to cover several fields and this time I had to make my first wedding cake.
This order was very special because the bride and groom were my brothers, in their order they told me that they wanted something simple and a naked cake style, this is a cake that are pancake bases and the filling of their preference.
I accepted the challenge and the result was quite gratifying, I made the vanilla pancakes, filled with a butercream and chocolate drops.
The delivery was very exciting and the best part was that everyone was able to enjoy the taste of the cake beyond its pretty sight.
I hope this is the first of many such cakes, I thank you all for taking the time to read, share and support me in every post. I wish you many blessings and good decisions in your paths. A hug from afar.

Hola amigos hivers, feliz día para todos espero que estén bien. Comenzando su día super activos, con las mejores energías y ganas seguir echando pa'lante.
En esta oportunidad me gustaría compartir con ustedes un logro muy hermoso que pude ejecutar, los que me conocen saben que soy cocinera por pasión y profesión. En lo que ha trascurrido en mi labor he podido abarcar varios campos y en esta ocasión me tocó realizar mi primera torta de matrimonio.
Este pedido fue muy especial porque los novios eran mis hermanos, en su pedido me acotaron que deseaban algo sencillo y un estilo torta desnuda, está es una torta que son bases de panque y el relleno de su preferencia.
Acepte el reto y el resultado fue bastante gratificante, realice los panques de vainilla, relleno de una butercream y gotas de chocolate.
Al realizar la entrega fue muy emocionante y lo mejor de todo fue que todos pudieron disfrutar el sabor de la torta más allá de su linda vista.
