Esperando estén muy bien estimados comensales y amantes de comer rico. Estoy inmensamente feliz de volver a escribirles y en esta oportunidad algo que tenía mucho tiempo sin preparar, que para mí es muy versátil.

Además en estos días de semana santa que es muy tradicional comer pescado, si quizás no tienes la opción de tener pescado frito en casa o el pastel de pescado. Es una opción super fácil, te cuento aquí los ingredientes y pasos a seguir.

INGREDIENTES
2 tazas cocidas de pasta corta de la pequeña preferiblemente
Un cebollín o media taza picado en aros
Media zanahoria cocida en cuadros
3 cdas de queso en cuadritos de su preferencia. ( Si es mozzarella mejor)
1/2 lata de maíz cocido previamente colado
2cdas de apio España
3 cdas de mayonesa
1cdita de mostaza
Sal al gusto
Pimienta. Yo use merken ( ají seco ahumado de chile)
Una lata de atún en lomito

INGREDIENTS
2 cups cooked small short pasta preferably
A chive or half a cup chopped into rings
Half a carrot cooked in squares
3 tablespoons of diced cheese of your choice. (If it's mozzarella better)
1/2 can of previously strained cooked corn
2 tbsp celery Spain
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard
Salt to taste
Pepper. I used merken (smoked dry chili pepper)
A can of tenderloin tuna

Lo primero que debemos hacer es cocer la pasta que quede al dente, colar u dejar enfriar. Por otra parte tener picado el cebollín, la zanahoria en cuadros cocida.
Una vez que esté fría la pasta empezamos a agregar los ingredientes descritos y vamos mezclando, verificamos punto de sal y rectificamos, un pizca de pimienta, yo use merkene dio toque ahumado. Comprendo que no se consigue en todos los países.
Es importante recordar que la pasta debe estar fría y así una vez lista comenzamos a degustar.😋❤️

Cold salad it's really a nice idea, I prepare this dish usually on summer but it's a good idea for holy week too 😄

It's very Easy and delicious
