Today there was certainly a peculiar craving, so I remembered one of the many secret family recipes. One of them is an exquisite “three milk cake ”.

For this preparation I am going to comment from my point of view, that is, from my experience as a novice baker; so I hope you like it from my point of view because I have already eaten it.
The ingredients for this cake were as follows:
- 200g Flour
- 7 uni. Eggs
- 1L Liquid milk
- 200g Sugar
- 1g Baking powder
- 1g Vanilla
- (to taste) Whipped cream
- (to taste) Cinnamon
Elaboration:
- To start in the mold you can add a little oil so that nothing sticks and sprinkle flour, do not overdo it with flour because it is only so that it does not stick (“EYE”).
- Then in a bowl add 200 grams of sugar, plus 7 eggs and add a touch of vanilla.
- With that, we start mixing until it is homogeneous, that is to say, creamy; you will notice that it is ready because of the color or because it is not so liquid.
- Therefore, add the flour which in my case was approximately 200 grams and a spoon of baking powder and continue mixing to obtain a homogeneous mixture, at the same time, preheat the oven to 175 or 180 degrees Celsius.
- Turn the mixture once it is finished in the mold and place it in the oven that we previously heated for 30 to 35 minutes. You will realize it is ready when it rises and looks like a sponge cake.
- Once the cooking time is over and we see that it is ready, let it cool a little and add the liquid milk, there is a secret which is to prick with a fork through the cake so that the milk penetrates and is completely absorbed.
- Finally, the decoration is made with whipped cream and a little cinnamon sprinkled to taste. It is recommended for people with allergies or who do not tolerate dairy products. We leave it in the refrigerator to cool and then consume and serve in portions, which approximately reaches 12 portions in the mold I used.
