Today was one of those days where I decided to make something special at home — not for a party, not for guests, just for my small world that means everything to me.
I started with bread pudding, soft, creamy, and full of sweet desi flavor. This dessert always reminds me of my childhood.
Next, I moved on to chicken rolls and samosas. I prepped everything from scratch — chopped, filled, rolled — while my toddler ran around asking a hundred questions.
The kitchen was full of aroma, and the energy? Pure chaos. Between my son pulling my dupatta and calling “Mamaaa!” every few minutes, I honestly forgot how many batches I had already put in the frying pan.
And yes, I forgot to take pictures after frying the rolls and samosas — because they were gone the second they came out of the pan! Everyone, including my toddler, couldn’t wait. That’s the real review, right?
My chai? Cold again. But that little messy face with a smile and an empty plate made it all worth it.
These aren’t just recipes. They’re tiny stories, little moments of love, a bit of tradition, and a lot of motherhood.
Nothing fancy here. Just a mama, her kitchen, a hungry toddler, and snacks full of love.
Thank you Hive Family for being part of these small joys.
