En casa estamos todos de acuerdo en que se me da mejor ir a restaurantes y darle el visto bueno o no a los platillos que venden. Pero tenía que hacerle un cumpleaños ameno a mi mami ya que iba a ser el primer cumple que celebra fuera del país y sin su familia. Por eso tenía que "botarme" como decimos y darle el mejor momento en su día.
Compre muchas cositas que vi en Pinterest para hacerle una tabla, la siguiente llevaba pepinillos, chorizo (la coloque en forma de flor con ayuda de una copa), palitos, jamón serrano, queso semicirado, pasas y fresas para darle color y vida. También con queso crema hice una especie de crema colocándole cebolla caramelizada y por encima taquitos de jamón serrano.
Por otro lado, compré una crema de hummus con pimentón, para acompañarle unos nachos, patatas de bolsa, y en otro bowl coloque salsa pesto y le añadí tomates cherrys con pancito tostado por al rededor. Obviamente una Torta con crema pastelera y decorada con frutas que ella misma hizo porque es su tradición hacer su misma tarta de cumple.
Lo mejor fue que disfrutó un montón y todo estaba delicioso, un cumpleaños diferente y con tradicion Española.

On the other hand, I bought a hummus cream with paprika, to go with nachos, potato chips, and in another bowl I put pesto sauce and added cherry tomatoes with toasted bread around. Obviously a cake with pastry cream and decorated with fruit that she made herself because it is her tradition to make her own birthday cake.
The best thing was that she enjoyed a lot and everything was delicious, a different birthday with Spanish tradition.
