Today in the kitchen I realized that we had run out of salt!! But it's not a problem since meals can be seasoned with other spices and will still be delicious, I can assure you

Ingredients:
- Sauce to taste
- 250 grams of pork loin
- 200 grams of frozen green beans
- Mashed potatoes
- Garlic powder to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Ground curry to taste
- Cocktail sauce to taste
- Gaucha sauce to taste
- Pinch of salt
- Olive oil to taste
- 150 grams of powdered cheese
- 200 grams of frozen mushrooms
- Ketchup to taste

Preparations:
- Season the pork loin: To begin, take the 250 grams of pork loin and season it with soy sauce, cocktail sauce, gaucha sauce, ground black pepper, garlic powder, ground curry, all to taste, I don't give exact amounts because I did it by eye (something I love about savory food is that you can improvise most of the time) and a small pinch of salt, remember that I didn't have much salt and had to reserve for the other sides haha. It is important to make sure that the seasonings mix well with the meat, so that every bite is full of flavor.
- Prepare the mashed potatoes: While the meat is marinating, we can start preparing the mashed potatoes. In a pot, bring 815 ml of water to a boil. When the water is ready, add a full packet of mashed potatoes. Stir well to avoid lumps and cook according to the package instructions. Once the mashed potatoes are ready, add garlic powder, ground black pepper, and a pinch of salt to season. Finally, incorporate 150 grams of special pasta cheese powder, and mix until the cheese melts and fully integrates into the mashed potatoes, giving it a creamy texture and a delicious flavor.
- Cook the mushrooms: the next step is the mushrooms. In a pan, heat a bit of olive oil. Add the 200 grams of frozen mushrooms and cook until they thaw and start to brown. Then, add soy sauce and ketchup to taste. Sauté everything together until the mushrooms are well cooked and have absorbed the flavors of the sauces. Personally, I would recommend buying fresh mushrooms instead of frozen ones!
- Prepare the green beans: Finally, let's prepare the green beans. In a pan, heat a bit of olive oil. Add the frozen green beans and a pinch of salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the green beans are tender and slightly browned. This process will not only cook them but also enhance their natural flavor.

With all the sides prepared, it's time to plate the dish. Serve a generous portion of mashed potatoes as the base. On top, place the marinated and cooked pork loin. On the side, add the green beans and sautéed mushrooms.
And that's it, it's time to eat. Enjoy this low-salt meal while avoiding the typical "it's bland" due to the combination of seasonings that makes everything complement each other. Thanks for reading and I hope you like it! What would you change about the dish? ☺️
