We all know that the secret to a good meat sauce is natural tomatoes, although in this case I didn't use them. Even so, this recipe will ensure a good experience for your taste buds and allow you to enjoy it with your family!

Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/4 onion
- 1/4 red bell pepper
- 1/4 green bell pepper
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Basil to taste
- 250 grams of long pasta
- 250 grams of ground meat
- Soy sauce to taste
- Olive oil
- 2 plantains
- Sugar to taste
- Ketchup
- Gaucha sauce
- Season the meat: To begin, take the ground meat and season it with oregano, basil, salt, sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, gaucha sauce, ground black pepper, and the three finely chopped garlic cloves. It is important to make sure that the seasonings mix well with the meat, so that every bite is full of flavor.
- Prepare the vegetables: Next, chop the red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and onion into small pieces. Heat a frying pan with a bit of olive oil and add the vegetables. Sauté over medium heat until the onion is translucent and the peppers are tender. This will not only add delicious flavor to our meat but also provide a pleasant crunchy texture.
- Add the meat: When the vegetables are ready, add the previously seasoned ground meat to the pan. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until the meat is completely cooked and browned. This mixture will be the heart of our dish!
- Cook the pasta: While the meat is cooking, bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta. As I’ve read, it should be 50 grams of pasta per person, and since there are five of us, I’ve used 250 grams of pasta in total. I cook the pasta in boiling water for 8 minutes and once al dente, drain it and set it aside. The pasta will be the perfect complement to our flavorful meat.
- Mix the pasta with the sauce: In the same pot, add the six tablespoons of tomato sauce and heat over medium heat. Add the cooked pasta and mix well so that the sauce evenly covers each piece of pasta. Then, incorporate the meat and vegetables, mixing again so that all the flavors combine.
- Prepare the plantains: While the pasta and meat are combining, peel the two plantains and cut them (as you can see, I cut them into five pieces). Place them in the airfryer and cook until they are golden and crispy. The plantains will provide a sweet touch that perfectly complements the rest of the dish.

Preparation:

And that's it! What remains is to serve proportionally to each one. My family and I loved how it turned out, although they didn't know about the secret touch of sugar, haha. I think it is very important for the flavor. The truth is that it was an easy and delicious lunch to make, accompanied by a bit of Parmesan cheese and a juice, it becomes the perfect lunch!
