It must be a great dish by the looks of it. I am writing the name of the dish now so I can remember it when given the chance to visit a Japanese restaurant. The photos are awesome! They make me crave for anything ramen now !BBH

              Japanese foods are really great. I adore them. Just find it hard to say most names of their dishes.

                    Same here. I'm not an expert in Japanese language. The simpler ones like "ramen" are the ones that I find easier to say.
