Hello, friends especially foodies!

Last weekend after sunday churching i was starving but i wanted to have my lunch in another shopping center next to it and i had to find the chair for me so instead of having lunch, we had my favorite fries first. Well, let me tell you about my experience..

I am a big fan of fries so when we first wanted to go to the food court to have steamed buns but then we passed through the french fries specialist food stall, i suddenly changed my mind. I would like to have french fries right away. Anyway when we saw the stall, it was outstanding and eyecatching.

It had bright red and white color, reminded me of circus color. LOL.

When we arrived there it was 10 to 1 pm, we then straight went to order the fries there.

The menu that this place had were totally fries. With the choice of french fries, curly fries, and unavailable long fries. They also offered to combine it with sausage which they called sistagor or even you could have it with chicken skin. And they offered them in 3 kind of size: small, regular, large and extra large.

For the seasoning, they had some choices like seaweed, spicy savory, corn, kimchi, truffle, bbq, cajun, and cheese. For the topping, they had chopped onion, pepperoni, parmesan cheese and bolognese.

For the drink, they had slushy iced that was unavailable, and some selection of punch like pineapple, orange, grape and lychee.

We ordered and paid then waiting for our order to be prepared. While waiting, you could see that on the left of the cashier table, there were some large tubes for their free refill sauce. They offered the choices of sweet & sour, honey mustard, buldak and cheese.

Also they had tartar and chili sauce too in smaller bottles.

Here was the cashier when she prepared our order.

Anyway this place had small dining area which only had some unremovable sharing chair and small tables. And it is still in the concept of their circus color, red and white. Even it was small, it was still comfy enough to have our fries there.

Ta da here was our food order, we ordered SISTAGOR which is an abbreviation of sosis and kentang goreng (sausage and fries).

After i got our food order, i right away took the free sauce. Could you guess what i took?

And we also ordered lychee punch for the drink.

Now let me talk about their taste and flavour one by one.

---

SISTAGOR, the combination of sausage and curly fries.

Their curly fries were crunchy, but they made it too thin. The potato had high quality so it tasted so good. For the seasoning we chose cheese which made it cheesy savory.

The beef sausages were small. It had chewy, soft and crispy texture. The flavour of the sausages were savory.

Like i said before, i also took their sauce to complete our sausage and curly fries. Guess what i took that day?

Well i took the cheese sauce which had cheesy sweet and savory flavour, buldak had savory, spicy and a bit sweet flavour plus chili sauce.

Overall we could say that both fries and sausages were great, with tasty seasoning and sauce too.

We also got their lychee punch which had sweet and a bit sour lychee flavour. Served with ice cubes so it was chill and fresh. Tasted so good in a hot sunny day.

Well, at the end as the conclusion, both of us agree that we could come there to try their french fries and another seasoning plus sauce.
