The Ingredients
- 300 grams pumpkin
- 130 ml coconut cream
- 3 garlics
- 8 Shallots
- 2 Candlenut
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 50 grams brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon flavoring
- 500 grams water
- 1/4 kilogram eggs
- 3cm galangal
- 2 bay leaf
How to cook it?
- Boil the eggs first then cool and peel.
- Cut the pumpkin according to taste. Then wash the pumpkin.
- Peel the shallots and garlic then blend with the candlenuts.
- Heat water in a pan then add the washed pumpkin.
- Add the ground spices,galangal,Bay leaf, eggs. Add salt, brown sugar and flavoring and stir well.
- Add coconut milk and stir until the coconut milk is cooked.Make sure the coconut milk is really cooked so it doesn't spoil easily.
- Serve in a bowl and the dish is ready to eat.
