Nunca había visto este estilo de ensalada usando la zanahoria cruda. Tengo que confesar que no soy fan de la remolacha pero quizás me anime porque la verdad tiene buena Pinta, me encanta tu forma práctica de explicar el paso a paso. Saludos Rosana.

        La remolacha tiene un sabor algo dulce y delicioso y en combinación con la zanahoria rallada en crudo se puede lograr una textura bien interesante. Anímate a probarla.
