Hlo, hy,namaste to all hive users reaching this post, hope doing great. So here I am sharing you a delicious recipe of flattened rice ( poha ). I had it in my breakfast today , I really love having this in my breakfast because its lite and good for our health too . And personally I like it to be a little warm and fresh .
So here is the recipe I followed for making it -
You can use many vegetables in it ,but due to unavailability of vegetables in the morning I used only onion.
So take some onions and peel and wash them properly. After that cut it in small pieces,or better to cut long. You can cut 3-4 chilli also ,if required.
Then take some flattened rice and wash it properly ,remove all the excess water using strainer.
Then take a pan and put some oil in it.
After this add rai and chilli it ,then add your chopped onions in it .
Stir it properly and add salt , turmeric,chilli powder and other spices as per requirement.
Let it turn a liitle brown and then add flattened rice in it.
Mix it properly.
Here I added a little less amount of turmeric so I added a little more.
Side by side start roasting some peanuts.
After it is completely roasted,add it to the poha.
And then mix it properly.
And here our flattened rice are ready.
