I tend to forget that some of the tastier foods are found in small family owned spots. Located a short walk away from the beach in Aguada, PR is one of the local spots. It's called Panaderia Gabriel.
It's a small restaurant, a market, and a bakery. A little bit of all worlds. There's a comfortable patio to sit and eat. There's even a small dine in area, for customers who perfer the air conditioning.
It's a pretty convenient spot. I was able to get some milk for the house. While I waited for the pastrami sandwich I ordered the be prepared.
It was pretty tasty, and of course I needed some passion fruit juice to sip while I ate. They have a nice variety of desserts and pastries to choose from.
So far I've tried the flan, and the cheesecake. I didn't know flan came in different flavors. I tried the vanilla one. While the cheesecake was plain but delicious.
I wrote in my previous blog how I lost my last Black & Mild cigar.

Yet lucky these guys have a nice selection of Little & Mild cigars. So I've bought a couple here and there.
It's a cute a little spot, and the people friendly and helpful.
