This looks like a lot of food!
The Turkey, I pass your recipe on to my friend who also made turkey for Xmas.
She had it bathing some other way, for at least 24hrs. Result was good, for sure.
Yours had just a few hours and still good. Sounds much more efficient!
Darn, am getting hunry right now! 😆

        Well mine could have been brined much longer but I made the decision to do it pretty late. 24hrs would have been better.
