INGREDIENTS
✓Smoked chop.
✓ 3 Tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce.
✓ A large Compote.
✓Vegetable oil.

First of all, we will take the chop to a pot with water and let it boil for a few minutes.

After the time has passed, remove and place in a frying pan with a little oil, fry on both sides until golden brown, remove from the pan and set aside.

We take the compote to a cup and add the soy sauce, mix and heat for 5 minutes. When we take it off the heat, we place it on top of the chop that we had reserved. We serve and enjoy a delicious dish that we can accompany with whatever we want.
The sauce I have made can make three chops, the compote can be to each person's taste.
