Hello dear friends of Foodies Bee Hive, I am here to bring you a different way of making cachapas, but with carrots 🥕 these are delicious. For our children they are an excellent option, since they love Pancakes. Follow me so you can see the step by step.
Ingredientes:
Harina de trigo.
1 Zanahoria grande.
Leche en polvo.
1/2 cucharadita de sal.
Azúcar al gusto.
1 cacharada de mantequilla derretida.
1 huevo.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour.
1 large carrot.
Milk powder.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
Sugar to taste.
1 tablespoon of melted butter.
1 egg.
Para iniciar nuestra receta, lo primero que vamos hacer es cortas la zanahoria en pequeños pedacitos, lo llevamos a la licuadora con agua.
To start our recipe, the first thing we are going to do is cut the carrot into small pieces, put it in the blender with water.
Seguidamente, voy a ir incoprarndo el azúcar, la sal, el huevo, la leche en polvo y la harina de trigo. Licuamos hasta incorporar parte de la harina de trigo.
Next, I am going to add the sugar, salt, egg, milk powder and wheat flour. We blend until we incorporate part of the wheat flour.
Llevo la mezcla a un envase y allí voy a ir incoprarndo el resto de la harina de trigo y la mantequilla derretida, con la ayuda de un batidor manual voy incoprarndo hasta lograr la mezcla homogénea.
I take the mixture to a container and there I am going to add the rest of the wheat flour and the melted butter, with the help of a manual mixer I am going to add it until I achieve a homogeneous mixture.
Finalmente, en un sartén colocamos una pequeña porción de aceite, se coloca una pequeña porción de la mezcla y vamos formando las cachapas. Una vez lista, bajamos del sartén, colocamos mantequilla y queso.
Finally, in a frying pan we place a small portion of oil, place a small portion of the mixture and we form the cachapas. Once ready, we get out of the pan, add butter and cheese.
Servimos nuestras exquistas cachapas hechas con zanahoria. Son especiales para los más pequeños de la casa.
