Greetings dear Foodies Bee Hive friends, I cordially welcome you to my blog. I want to share a delicious way to prepare a Rico Liver with Encebollado and for me it is one of my special dishes, so come and I will teach you how to prepare it.
✓500 libras de hígado de res.
✓ Hojas de laurel.
✓ Vinagre de Manzana.
✓ 1/2 Pimentón rojo.
✓ 1/2 Cebolla.
✓ 3 Dientes de ajo.
✓ Mantequilla.
✓ Sal.
INGREDIENTS
✓500 pounds of beef liver.
✓ Bay leaves.
✓ Apple cider vinegar.
✓ 1/2 Red paprika.
✓ 1/2 Onion.
✓ 3 Cloves of garlic.
✓ Butter.
✓ Salt.
Preparation
Step 1
In a container, I place the liver with water and apple cider vinegar, we leave it for about 15 minutes. This step allows the liver to lose its characteristic beef smell.
Step 2
Cut the onion and paprika into julienne strips, crush the 3 cloves of garlic.
Step 3
I take a tablespoon of butter to a preheating pan and add the onion, paprika and garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes or until we see the transfer to the onion.
Step 4
Add the liver to the pan and stir for a few minutes. We add soy sauce, salt and two bay leaves.
Step 5
We leave it for about 15 minutes over medium heat, then we lower it and serve.
Step 6
The final result is exquisite and we can accompany it with rice and enjoy an exquisite meal.
