Congrats sis on the weight loss! I know how hard that can be. I've lost 20 pounds doing essentially the same thing you're doing. I would love to lose more, but so far, I'm stuck where I'm at for now. Perhaps with spring on the way, I'll be able to add more exercise to what I'm doing and perhaps different veggies when the fresher produce becomes available.
