Greetings Steemflow, it reminded me of a Portuguese dish called Milho, although it does not have the same ingredients but the appearance is very similar, I was very impressed that the recipe includes ENO, wow!
ENO is very popular herr...apart from the acidity issue, it helps.in cooking. Especially when something needs to be puffy and spongy ..wish you could try this dish...u will surely like...the chutney is spicy so u can avoid it.
