This looks wonderful! I need to get back to baking again. I just bought a loaf of einkorn sourdough bread and plan on trying it this week. I've never tasted einkorn before.

I've never heard of Einkorn, so googled it, sounds way healthier and easier on the digestive system, but considerably more pricey. How does the cost compare to regular sourdough? I must check whether the flour is available here.
I find even sourdough sets off my IBS, so this bread that I made, did not help that issue, even though I only ate a little, I gave the bigger loaf to a friend while it was still hot.
I'd much rather pay extra for healthier bread as I eat very little.
