A popular saying that they say over there and I remembered, because eating is a pleasure and more if it is done with hunger.
I am not an adventurous palate, I really eat the food I know and the food that looks good, I am very bad at tasting unknown dishes.
So much so, that I had never tried Mexican food some time ago an attempt at nachos, very imitation what a friend did on her birthday.
A few days ago I had the opportunity to eat in a new restaurant in the Líder Shopping Center located in California in Caracas, it is called Pinche Tacos.
They say it is original Mexican food and not Tex-Mex food.
I decided to eat there because I saw the nachos and they looked delicious, but the menu is varied and I didn't know what to order, so I decided to order quesadillas, Nachos with Salsas and a Carnal taco combo that comes with two Tacos a taco al pastor with chunks of pork, pineapple and onion and another taco of Carnes and sour cream.
I really loved the meat taco with a touch of spice and sour cream, I didn't like the pineapple with the pork, the machos were delicious crunchy and the sauce was very good.
I really wanted to try other things from there, or more servings of tacos with meats.
The place is in a food fair and the terrace offers a majestic view that relaxes sitting there.
But I'll tell you later about the next dish I try....
