Me habían recomendado muchísimo este lugar, me dijeron que eran las mejores pizzas de la zona y que el precio estaba muy bien. Me animé y fui con algunos familiares; era el momento adecuado para cerrar el año con una buena pizza. Sin embargo, lo único que encontré fue el peor servicio y la peor pizza que he probado en mi vida.
Antes de ir al Instagram de esta pizzería, llamado pizzaypunto, varios influencers hablaban de las virtudes de este lugar e incluso indicaban que estas eran unas pizza virales, famosas por las buenas reseñas de ellas. Yo, en cambio, podría decirles que es la peor pizza que he comido. Elegí la pizza Opera Diverdi, y lamentablemente no llegó ni a ser un mal reguetón.
Desde que pisamos la entrada del lugar, la atención del joven en la puerta fue pésima; no pudimos entrar porque nos indicó que no había mesas disponibles y que había dos grupos esperando para entrar. El punto no es lo que dijo, totalmente aceptable, sino el tono en que lo dijo, y ni comentarles sobre el ácido tono del que hizo uso para dar algunas indicaciones sobre la bebida.
Cuando llegó la pizza, estaba recibiendo una llamada lejos de la mesa, y no podía creer lo que vieron mis ojos una vez que llegué a la mesa. ¿Es posible que una foto referencial diste tanto del producto final? ¿Cómo puede ser esta pizza viral de una forma positiva? ¿Es en serio?
This place had been highly recommended to me. I was told that they had the best pizzas in the area and that the prices were very reasonable. I decided to give it a try and went with some family members; it was the perfect time to end the year with a good pizza. However, all I found was the worst service and the worst pizza I have ever tasted in my life.
Before going to this pizzeria's Instagram page, called pizzaypunto, several influencers were talking about the virtues of this place and even said that these were viral pizzas, famous for their good reviews. I, on the other hand, could tell you that it's the worst pizza I've ever eaten. I chose the Opera Diverdi pizza, and unfortunately, it wasn't even a bad reggaeton.
From the moment we stepped into the place, the young man at the door was terrible; we couldn't get in because he told us there were no tables available and that there were two groups waiting to get in. The point is not what he said, which was totally acceptable, but the tone in which he said it, not to mention the harsh tone he used to give us some instructions about the drinks.
When the pizza arrived, he was taking a call away from the table, and I couldn't believe my eyes when I got to the table. Is it possible for a reference photo to be so different from the final product? How can this pizza be viral in a positive way? Are you serious?
Fui al lugar con tres personas de tercera edad; ya tenían hambre y, bueno, había que comer. La pizza carecía de salsa y de una buena cantidad de toppings; los bordes eran demasiado extensos. ¡Por Dios! Esto parecía una burla gastronómica. De verdad lamento haber seguido el consejo de ir a este lugar, en el cual ni siquiera pude tomar una foto realmente bonita. Tienen un spot cerca del baño donde colocaron un espejo con un mensaje y es un buen sitio para tomar una foto. Quise reírme de la mala experiencia, porque al mal tiempo buena cara, pero ni una buena obtuve, pues al fondo dejaron una escalera. ¡Descuido al 1000%!
No recomiendo ir a este lugar, aunque se haya hecho viral. Por cierto, les escribí por WhatsApp para darles mi opinión al respecto, mostrando la foto referencial que ellos muestran en sus redes (la pueden mirar en el collage que muestro abajo) y la malograda pizza que obtuve.
Espero que tomen en cuenta esta opinión en esa pizzería y que ningún otro cliente pase por esta mala experiencia. Al despedirse, quien me atendió me dijo que esperaba que pudiera volver al local. Yo me despedí con un adiós. ¡No pienso volver ni que me inviten!
I went there with three elderly people; they were already hungry and, well, we had to eat. The pizza lacked sauce and a good amount of toppings; the crusts were too thick. Oh my God! This seemed like a gastronomic joke. I really regret following the advice to go to this place, where I couldn't even take a really nice photo. They have a spot near the bathroom where they put up a mirror with a message, and it's a good place to take a photo. I wanted to laugh off the bad experience, because when life gives you lemons, smile, but I couldn't even get a good one, because they left a ladder in the background. 1000% carelessness!
I don't recommend going to this place, even though it's gone viral. By the way, I wrote to them on WhatsApp to give them my opinion on the matter, showing them the reference photo they display on their social media (you can see it in the collage below) and the ruined pizza I got.
I hope they take this opinion into account at that pizzeria and that no other customer has to go through this bad experience. When saying goodbye, the person who served me said they hoped I would come back to the restaurant. I said goodbye with a “see you later.” I'm not going back, even if they invite me!
