Such an honour to introduce you to our own Traditional Food as Sabahan people.. I do believe that every country have their own Traditional Food and i just want to know a little bit of it.. Can you guys share what is your traditional food?
This is so call 'Bosou' and its taste is a bit sour and it smelly but appetizers.. It is made of rice mix with raw fish meat and take a few days of fermentation..
We call this 'Tuhau' in our own language.. this food doesn't need fermentation and can be eaten right after we produce it.. and the taste, so appetizers as well as the 'Bosou'..
