To prepare this food, we need
grated onion, grated potato, egg, minced mutton
and a few cloves of garlic and spices including salt, black pepper, turmeric and a little thyme and garlic powder
We mix all the ingredients together as in the photo and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Then we dip our hands in water so that the cutlet ingredients stick to our hands less and then we take some of the ingredients and shape them as shown in the photo with the help of our fingers and then we fry them in hot oil that we have previously poured into a pan until the color is like in the photo. It is worth noting that in Iran, this dish is eaten alone with bread, vegetables, tomatoes, pickles, and onion slices as a sandwich, and sometimes it is served with rice. I like both flavors. Thank you for your attention and support.
