I think I haven’t featured any French pastries yet in my blog so I’m excited to share with you my dining experience at the Rebel Bakehouse. This shop initially started as a bakeshop that sells their pastries through social media. With the success of their business they are able to open a cafe and expand their line of products from croissant to rice, sandwiches, and drinks. Their story is inspirational and so they deserve this level of success.
We reach the place late in the afternoon and yet the pastries are almost sold out. There are many customers during this afternoon and I was amazed by the popularity of this bakeshop; people are traveling far just to go to this place.
Ordering is done at the counter and so is the collection of food and drinks as well.
From the dining area, we can see how the pastries are being made as the bakery area is completely made of frames glass panels. It’s so cool that I get to see how my food was made.
At last, we got our pastries and coffee!
For the pastries, we ordered the Choco-dipped Coffee croissant and Custard-Meringue croissant. Both of these flavors went well with black coffee. We did a good choice pairing it with an unsweetened coffee.
It was worth it! I think the croissant is good and the ambience is quite nice as well.
